Banana, mango and kale smoothie

A tasty thick smoothie.

Ingredients

½ Mango
Kale , handful
100ml Coconut Milk
100ml Water

Method

Place all the ingredients into your blender (such as a Nutribullet) and blitz for 30 seconds.

You can adjust the ratio of coconut milk/water to suit your own taste.
