Banana, blueberry and kale smoothie

Great smoothie to help beat your sugar cravings!

Ingredients

Blueberries , handful
Kale , handful
100ml Coconut Milk
100ml Water

Method

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz together for 30 seconds. You can change the ratio of coconut milk/water to suit your own taste.
