Summer fruits smoothie

Berries, banana and kale smoothie


½ Bananas
Summer berries , 2 handfuls (fresh or frozen)
Kale , handful
100ml Coconut Milk
100ml Water


Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for 30 seconds.

You can adjust the ratio of coconut milk/water to your taste (and add more liquid if you feel the smoothie needs it).
