Were you diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) when you were under 18? If so, we need your help by answering a few questions in a survey.
Whether you are a young person living with IBD or an adult who was diagnosed at a young age you can help us to improve the education and information available to children and young people with the disease.
Your answers will help us to build an exciting new platform for under 18s with IBD. We are working in collaboration with children's IBD charity CICRA.
