Get answers about Crohn's and Colitis Canada's IBD Telemedicine program for people living in rural and remote areas. The IBD Telemedicine program is part of Crohn's and Colitis Canada's Promoting Access and Care Through Centres of Excellence (PACE) network that brings together leading IBD centers to collectively advance best practices and elevate the standard of care for patients.
Peter Habashi is a Registered Nurse and research coordinator at Mount Sinai Hospital working with Dr. Geoffrey Nguyen on the PACE IBD Telemedicine Program.
