Crohn's and Colitis BREAKFAST Smoothie! Quick & Simple!

Hey guys

My morning smoothie is:-

1/2 Frozen Avocado
1 cup of almond milk
1 small banana (can use frozen if you like thick cold smoothies)
1 cup mixed exotic smoothie mix (pineapple, manga, papaya)

I blended this with a nutri bullet
Drink immediately, share with a friend!
