𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙖 𝙗𝙖𝙜 - 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙖® 𝙈𝙞𝙤 𝟭-𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙘𝙚 𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 (𝙈𝙞𝙙𝙞) 🙌🏾

I’ve used Mio bags for nearly four years - but it was time for a slight change. After speaking to the @coloplastcharter team on the phone I came to realise I was leaking to much, so I went to see my nurse. As with any bag you choose it’s important when picking - it works for you. It’s a personal choice and many factors come into the process.

Style, colour, shape, functionality, size, comfort but the most important is stickiness. Your bag should be glued to the skin, therefore you don’t get a lot of leaks. In this video I explain why I’ve changed bag.

Comment below what you use and why. I’d love to know. Happy Sunday.

P.s. the sample bags that @coloplast send out are amazing 😍

I know what it takes to work through the struggle and pain of life’s obstacles in an attempt to achieve your dreams – as I have done it myself. My aim is to provide a personalised and meaningful plan of action that will lead you to your own personal success. We will look at a multitude of ways you can implement healthy behaviours that will improve the quality of your life, providing you with support, encouragement and challenges all along the way.
