Pear and ginger smoothie

Ingredients

1 Pear ripe
1 Apple
Ginger fresh, small piece
300ml Water, Filtered approx
300ml Water approx

Method

  1. De-stalk and seed the pear and apple
  2. Cut into pieces
  3. Cut a small piece of fresh ginger about the size of a £1 coin
  4. Add all to your blender
  5. Add filtered water up to 500ml
  6. Blitz for 30secs
  7. Enjoy!
