IBD community database

Would you like to use your experience of living with IBD to improve things for yourself and others?

At IBDrelief we are regularly approached by medical researchers, medtech, media and pharmaceutical companies looking to connect with patients. The insights they gain from these patients are then used to help develop new products/treatments for the disease or improve education and awareness of IBD.

To help match up patients with these opportunities we are building a database of patients (and their support network too) who are interested in being contacted by us when new opportunities come up. Some of these are paid, some are unpaid.

Some examples of the paid and non-paid patient opportunities we’ve recently been approached for include:

  • Providing insights on what it's like to live with IBD
  • Taking part in focus groups for products and educational materials aimed at people with IBD
  • Taking part in video interviews and/or podcasts
  • Getting involved in research into IBD

If you would like to be added to our new database to hear about opportunities you may be suitable for please fill out the form in the link below.

When we are approached with opportunities we will contact people from the database who match the criteria required (such as having Crohn’s disease or taking a specific medication) to see if they would like to take part.

This database will only be used by IBDrelief and your name and contact details will not be shared with anyone else without your permission first. See our privacy policy.
